The National Automotive & Vehicles Academy (“National Automotive & Vehicles Academy”, “NAVA” “our”, “us”, or “we”), is the “data controller” of the personal information we collect about you when you visit or use any of our websites, or use products, services and applications that are linked to this Privacy Statement (collectively, our “Sites”). Employment Applications

For example, we store Personal Data needed to provide you with courses and services, or to facilitate transactions you have requested, for so long as you are a customer of NAVA, Personal Data relevant to be able to provide you with those courses and services will be kept. NAVA is a global organization and your Personal Data may be transferred to, held, stored or used in various jurisdictions, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with applicable law. This means that when we collect your Personal Data it may be processed in countries that may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country. However, NAVA will always take reasonable and necessary steps to protect your privacy and to provide a level of protection of your Personal Data that is comparable to that of your country of residence which includes ensuring that transfers are made subject to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers.
