Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 13 February 2025

The National Academy for Vehicles and Automotive (NAVA) has taken a significant step toward enhancing Saudi Arabias automotive and industrial workforce by signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Ceer, Lucid, Hyundai, at the PIF Private Sector Forum – AUTO CONNECT 2025 in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef.

These agreements reinforce NAVA’s role in bridging the gap between technical education and industry demands, ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled Saudi professionals ready to contribute to the growing automotive sector, across both its electric and combustion engine segments. The collaboration will focus on customized workforce development programs, including long-term employment-based training and specialized short-term technical courses, tailored to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

As the leading technical education provider for the automotive and EV industries in Saudi Arabia, NAVA plays a crucial role in upskilling local talent and aligning training programs with industry standards. Through strong partnerships with major global manufacturers, the academy ensures that its graduates gain expertise in vehicle manufacturing, diagnostics, quality assurance, and advanced industry technologies, making them job-ready from day one.

Driving a Sustainable Future for the Automotive Industry
